Dr. Graham E. Farless

Dr. Farless has a passion for dentistry and caring for people. With extensive training in dental implants, dental surgery, dentures, and dental crown and bridge work, he is committed to continuing his education to offer the most technically advanced treatments available.

Dr. Farless was born and raised in northeastern North Carolina on a family farm in Merry Hill. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a B.A. in Biology, and then UNC School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Farless met his wife Katherine while in undergraduate school. They have a son, Graham Jr. and two dogs, Buckley, a Jack Russell Terrier and Sprig, a black lab.

Dr. Farless is committed to providing the finest quality dental care. He is devoted to treating patients with compassion and respect, just as he would his own family.

Tammy Blackwell

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST --- Tammy was born and raised in the foothills of North Carolina. She and her husband have two young sons. Tammy earned her hygiene degree in 1999 and has been with this practice for over 8 years. Tammy takes special care to make each patient feel comfortable and informed.

Angie Vickrey

DENTAL ASSISTANT --- Angie was born and raised in Liberty, NC and is the mother of two daughters. She has been with our practice since 1996. Angie has an amazing eye for cosmetic dentistry and takes pride in achieving the smile you deserve.

Jamie Smith

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST --- Jamie was born and lived in New Jersey until relocating to Greensboro, where she graduated from Western Guilford High School. She earned her hygiene degree from GTCC and has been with our practice since March of 2003. Jamie and her husband are expecting their first child (a boy!) in November.

Caye Spain

DENTAL ASSISTANT --- Caye was born and raised in Florida. Caye's love for dentistry started very early as her father was a dentist. Caye has 40 years of dental experience, and has been with our practice since 1992. Caye has a love for life and for her dog Moxie. She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Michelle Marine

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR --- Michelle is a Greensboro native, and has been in the dental field for 19 years, with our practice. Michelle began her dental career as a registered dental hygienist and transitioned in to office administration several years ago. She is happily married and has two children. Michelle and her family love the holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas.

Dr. Farless is so nice and he's very gentle. He stopped several times just to ask me if I was okay. I used to hate to go to the dentist. Now, it's not so bad.
