What To Expect On Your First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early and remember to bring your completed forms with you to save time at check-in. Download the forms on the right side of this page. If you are unable to download and print the forms from this website, please arrive about 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out the necessary forms once you get to our office.

Our office is located at 2511 Oakcrest Avenue in Greensboro, NC inside the Oakcrest Dental Building (click here for map and directions).

After entering the building, our check-in counter is the 2nd of 3 counters on the left.

Insurance

Though we are not under contract with any insurance company, we will gladly file any dental claim. An estimated co-payment, where applicable, will be calculated and is payable at the time of service. Any portion not covered by insurance is the patient's responsibility.

For your convenience, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards as well as cash and personal checks.

Dr. Graham E. Farless

Dr. Farless has a passion for dentistry and caring for people. With extensive training in dental implants, dental surgery, dentures, and dental crown and bridge work, he is committed to continuing his education to offer the latest treatments available.
